1st October 2009 – Companies House Changes

The final implementation of the Companies Act 2006 changes are taking effect as of 1st October 2009. This involves various changes to Companies House registrations and filings moving forwards, but notably, there will be service delays whilst they upgrade their IT systems. From 1st October to 5th October Companies House will be accepting applications to register new companies, but will not process them until after this period. This will mean that The Company Warehouse, like all Companies House filing agents, will continue to be able to submit the applications to Companies House, but will experience service delays in obtaining the registration details.
