- Place your order on our Online Company Formation Order Form in the usual way;
- On receipt of your order we will carry out our normal credit checks in order to verify your identity and creditworthiness;
- In most cases we will proceed with your order without having to contact you further at this stage;
- If we are unable to establish your identity or if it appears to us that a there is a possibility that you will fail to meet the eligibility criteria for opening a bank account with our Preferred Banking Partner (a leading high street bank)we will contact you to advise you how we can still proceed with you order under our Security Deposit scheme.
- We will then “file” your limited company in accordance with your instructions and forward your contact details to our Preferred Banking Partner and our Preferred Banking Partner’s details to you.
- Once you application is “filed” with Companies House the registration process usually takes around 2 - 5 working hours in over 95% of cases. We have registered companies in as little time as 25 minutes, but during peak times with the Registrar it may take longer.
- You will then be able to open a business bank account with our partner by one of the following methods:
- a) Wait for our Preferred Banking Partner to contact you directly by telephone on the number given to us on your company application form;
- b) Calling The Company Warehouse on 0800 0828 727 and requesting to be transferred to the FREE formation banking team;
- c) Contacting our preferred banking supplier directly on the number we supply you AND quoting our OFFER code.
- Once you have opened your business bank account with our banking partner your order for a FREE Company Formation is complete. You do not need to inform TheCompanyWarehouse.Co.Uk.
