Annual Return

It is a directors responsibility to submit an Annual Return (Form 363) to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days of the company's 'return date' (this is the anniversary of its incorporation or the anniversary of its previous return date.

The Annual Return is designed to keep the information held at Companies House up to date. The Annual Return includes information such as registered office address, members details, officer's details and the company's main business activities amongst other details.

Companies House levies a filing fee of £30 for filing an Annual Return in paper forms by post, or £15 for filing an Annual Return electronically.
