Board Minutes

The Board Minutes are the written records of decisions and resolutions made by the directors of a company at a board meeting.

The Board Minutes should be recorded by the company secretary and a copy of those minutes made available for inspection at the company's registered office. The Board Minutes must be signed by all directors in attendance at the board meeting.

The Board Minutes from the first board meeting should include confirmation of all appointments, share issues and where the registered office is to be.
