Email forwarding allows you to forward either a catchall* email account or specific email accounts onto one predetermined email address. For example test@example.co.uk could be set up to forward any emails to testemail@hotmail.com
Using this method can be used to make your business look larger (in terms of personnel) than it actually is.
* catchall email account will collect any emails that are sent to a domain but not to a predefined email addresses.
For example if an email is misspelled joe.bolggs@example.co.uk instead of joe.bloggs@example.co.uk it will not be sent to the right account but rather than being lost it will be forwarded to any other email address
