Registering a Patent is a method that a business can protect the design of a product which it has developed. A Patent may be granted for an invention that is capable of industrial application, and is obtained by applying to the Patent Office. To obtain a Patent, an invention must be sufficiently unique and satisfy the Patent Office registration requirements.
