How To Incorporate a Limited Company
In order to incorporate, the Companies Act 2006 requires certain criteria to be fulfilled. Certain specific legal documents must first be filed with companies House:
- Companies House Form IN01
- Needs to be filled out with all the information regarding the company incorporation and its running, including the location of the company’s registered office, the details of the directors, members and company secretary and any information on the shares.
- Memorandum of Association
- A document showing the intention of members to incorporate a new company. Including any information on the sale of shares and the details of the shareholders.
- Articles of Association
