This Company Formation package is best for clients who want to protect a company name but have no plans to trade the company in the near future.
Please Note:
The Non Trading Company formation Package is intended for companies that will never trade, and have been set up only to protect the name with Companies House.
Limited Companies are formed with our Nominees as director, secretary and shareholder, using our registered office address.
We manage the company for you, filing the annual return and dormant accounts at Companies House on your behalf. A quarterly maintenance fee of just £14.99 including VAT is payable to cover the cost of filing an annual return and dormant company accounts. A standard order mandate must be completed with the product.
Control of the company can be passed to you at any time. Our standard fees apply for notifying the appointment of your director(s), secretary and shareholder(s) details with Companies House.
