NOTE. The price below for each vintage company includes the following:

  1. Transfer of registered office address
  2. Nomination and appointment of up to 3 directors*
  3. Nomination and appointment of secretary*
  4. Updating statutory registers
  5. Certificate of non-trading

*A supplementary fee may be required based upon additional number of directors/secretary's.

**The name of any Vintage Company may be changed before transfer subject to approval from Companies House.
