How long does it Take to Form a Company?

From the point where a new company is submitted to Companies House, it normally takes between 3 and 5 hours for the company to be officially formed. Sometimes there can be complications which mean that the company can be rejected by Companies House for a number of reasons. We undertake thorough checks on all new companies in order to flag potential problems. In many cases if your company formation is rejected by Companies House then we will resubmit them for free.

Companies House will only allow companies to be formed between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Companies submitted outside of these hours will be formed on the next working day.

We deal with a large variety of company formations on a day to day basis. These include;

  • FREE company formations

  • Online company formations

  • Premier company formations (jump the queue)

  • Premier plus company formations (all statutory registers included)

As well as forming your company for you, we can also undertake a number of tasks that are designed to make the running of your business as easy and smooth as possible. These include;

  • Managed Payroll

  • Accountancy Services

  • VAT Registration

  • PAYE Registration

  • Web design and development
